We were only in Paris four years ago and I never expected that we would be back so soon. I’ve made really good French friends in Paris and we decided to see them in their home ground.
I love Paris but it’s even better with friends! There’s Marie who lives in Paris itself and Lou who lives outside Paris. Kristina from Hamburg, whom we know from Yemen, will join us all.
We flew over from London to Paris on British Airways at 1450, having scored a cheap return open-jaw flight that will take me back from Toulouse over a week later. We stayed at the Virgina (not Virginia) Hotel in the city’s south near its ring road. It’s also near Marie’s place so we can get together easily.
