There wasn’t much that was “must see” in Rennes. That was a nice feeling. I could just enjoy being there, wandering around and enjoying the beauty of some of the buildings and whatever else I could find.
In my little exploration I found the Palace of St George (formerly an abbey), the City Hall, quite a number of wood-framed buildings and the Cathedral of St Pierre.

I spent a bit of the day doing admin that was overdue. Today was a break from travelling life. I felt a lot more relaxed than on the other days. Both lunch and dinner were simple, comprising of a baguette sandwich and a salad respectively.
